		<description>I see your point and I would be inclined to agree.  It seems the bottom is always six months away.  The national bottom could very well come soon, but the local Southern California bottom is a long, long way off.</description>

		<description>In my opinion, Arcadia is still in the denial phase. There are too many people (most realtors and hopefuls) that think this &quot;slump&quot; will go away by Springtime.

Friends, neighbors and relatives who are homeowners don&#039;t like what I have to say about the local housing market, but the market will do what it will regardless of what I say. I keep my mouth shut now.</description>

I bailed out in 2006 (during the Anxiety phase) and I was the first to panic, which is a good thing, because the first to panic gets out alive.</description>
