This property is a disaster. It's pool was left "green" for months. The water and power have been off for months too, so there's dead plants and weeds everywhere. There's water damage in the master ceiling - probably from a defective a/c drain. The listing is even wrong - it's 4 bed, not 5, 3&1/2 bath, not 4 and there's no solar pool heater! 8 neighboring properties too - see the assessor's map. Incredible if it gets more than 900k.

This listing is relatively sensible. Without any interior photos, it is hard to comment on the quality of the property. But $277/sf may attract the scarce qualified buyers to try.

"PRICED GREAT W/ LOW MONTHLY PAYMENTS"

The realtard has a sense of humor, low payments and 1.1 million gave me a little chuckle.

I don't know if this is true, but I believe that there is an HR bill that is in process to increase the amount of "Legal Immigration".

Can anyone else confirm this?
