This is an insult. 1500sf for $850k?

If a broker took me to see this house I would find another broker that same day.

WTF are they thinking? Additionally this home would never appraise at that price nor would a bank lend at anywhere near that value.

At the minimum, the 2003 roll back is expected near the bottom of this cycle. That means $430k for this starter home.

If the cycle goes back to 2001 or 2002, the current owner will be under water as well.
